Wedding Party

MIA is the closest airport to the wedding festivities. FLL is a nice alternative, and is about a 1 hour drive to Miami.

Hotels

We have booked room blocks at a few hotels in our favorite Miami neighborhood, Coconut Grove! We encourage guests to stay in this lush, coastal area as it is walkable with dozens of delicious restaurants and bars. There are numerous airbnbs and alternate hotel options in the area if you choose to forgo the room blocks. Other convenient neighborhoods to stay in would be downtown, Brickell, or Coral Gables. Please book early as World Cup Group Stage games begin the following Monday!

Miami is a widely spread out city that is best conquered in an uber. We've compiled a short list of our favorite things to do in each of our favorite neighborhoods.

Visit The Kampong, Vizcaya, Kennedy Park, Saturday Organic Farmer's Market. Have a bite at Greenstreet or Omakai. Have a drink at Barracuda, Sandbar, Bodega, Regatta Grove, or the Bayshore Club. Shopping. Rent stand up paddle boards at Peacock Park. Run or walk the Key Biscayne Bridge. Run or walk Commodore Trail.

Coconut Grove

Calle Ocho is the heart of Little Havana and is lined with Latin-inspired restaurants, bakeries, shops, and art galleries. Indulge in Cuban cuisine at Versailles. Watch a domino game at Maximo Gomez Park. Go to the Bay of Pigs museum for a history lesson.

Wander around Wynwood and you'll find world-class street art on every corner. Visit the Wynwood Walls and other unique galleries along with delicious coffee shops.

Hit the beach, explore the Art Deco district, shop on Lincoln Road, or explore the Faena District.

Visit PAMM, Brickell City Center, the Freedom Tower, or Bayside.
